Working Together

Let me guess...

You’ve been Pinterest-ing, Google-ing, Instagram-ing.

None of the free tips have worked (or else you wouldn’t be reading this right now).

You’re still feeling like you need support to get to the bottom of YOUR child’s picky eating.

If you're ready to spend less time researching and more time implementing - you're in the right place.

Picky eating is complicated and requires a full assessment to find your child's "why"

Our main focuses:

  1. Identify underlying medical conditions, micronutrient deficiencies, and food sensitivities that could be contributing to food selectivity

  2. Ensure your child is getting enough nutrients and calories to grow and thrive

  3. Expand diet to include accepted foods that support nourishment and growth

  4. Build a healthy relationship with food by making eating fun and enjoyable that lasts a lifetime

A unique approach - just for you and your family

Treating complex picky eating is not one size fits all. Your child’s health, food preferences, personality, and your family dynamic all deserve a strategic approach to meet you where you are at. Your path will be different than someone else’s. I am here to guide you and your family through your journey to more peaceful, nourishing mealtimes.

Your child’s picky eating can be connected to so much more that we can’t see under the surface. I help my clients identify reasons for picky eating and work to nourish them in creative ways that take into account their unique preferences.

We take a holistic approach to nutrition care. This means that I will inquire about your child’s sleep, activity, stooling, and personality. We take an integrative and functional approach to finding the root cause - no quick fixes around here (like a multivitamin or Miralax).

Our Mission:
nourishing kids, nurturing families

My promise to you is that I will:

  • Preserve and support the relationship between parents and children and protect the family dynamic; foster connection above all else

  • Help parents feel safe, confident, and supported during eating/mealtimes

  • Identify creative ways to improve your child’s nutrition and flexibility with new foods

  • Assess developmental, sensory, motor, emotional, independence, and confidence as it relates to eating

  • Ensure your child is nourished and set up for a long-term positive relationship with food.

  • Collaborate with and/or refer to other providers: occupational therapists, speech therapists, and pediatricians, when needed
